Continental Drifts present 'Exit 17', as part of Young London: Into Music - a debut multi venue urban youth festival - created by young people for young people. 'Exit 17' takes place at Rough Trade East off Brick Lane on Thursday 16th July and features a live set by Brute Chorus.

'Exit 17' is the third event in the Young London: Into Music series - a collection of five events which are being produced and delivered in the five Olympic and Paralympic Host Boroughs of Greenwich, Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest between 26th June and 2nd August 2009.

By tapping into the next generation of east London talent, YL:IM are working with five delivery partners: Continental Drifts, Music Matrix, Urban Development, Biggafish and Rising Tide. The delivery partners will then be working with over 100 young people between 14 and 25 years old who will receive professional mentoring and the chance to work with established artists.
