Gay Pride has turned the fun essence of being queer into a parade of fag hats in pink cowboys hats, funky house and waxed chests has come to represent a safe, accessible face of homosexuality and Julie Bindel is still allowed to spout her hateful 'anti anyone who isn't her' nonsense in the national press. We're segregating ourselves more than ever before so to roll against the tide of mainstream corporate gayness, our head liner for Pride night is someone more prolific on the hetero electro circuit....so there.

Rex the Dog has had a heady career in dance music. His first flush of success came under the name JX with the massive cross over '94 hit 'Son of a Gun'. Since working under the Rex the Dog guise, he's released an album, toured the world, rocked the finest clubs and events in the world and remixed the likes of Tiga, Soulwax, Prodigy, Depeche Mode & Robyn.

As always your residents hosts Holestar & Fil Ok will be running up and down stairs doing their Benny Hill tag-team playing electro, pop, rock, disco, house, indie, trash, rave...whatever we fancy..ultimately one big Hot Mess of aural sounds for you to dance or smile to.
Snog traffic light stickers will back in play too.

With no set music policy, it runs the gauntlet of music genres with tasteless surprises thrown in.....ultimately a 'Hot Mess'.
